President .

He has coordinated multi-million dollar cleanup & remediation efforts requiring 24 hour/7 day operations and deployment of over 150 response team members. Mr. Berry has a thorough knowledge of OPA-90-funded pollution responses, including associated billing, documentation and authorizations. He has worked closely with Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection and the Federal EPA to coordinate remediation efforts on county & state lands, in national parks and marine sanctuary wetlands. Mr.. Berry has also acted as a consultant and industry contact person in both the private and public sectors. Since Mr. Berry assumed the role as President of CBI, the company has tripled in size and has expanded its area of operations throughout south Florida and the Caribbean. In recognition of CBI’s preeminent position as a leader in the environmental services arena, the United States Coast Guard recognized CBI through its “Benkert Award” as a National Leader in Environmental Safety.

 A lifelong resident of South Florida, Mr. Berry has worked in the environmental services industry for over twenty years.  His experience in leading responses to oil and chemical releases has won Cliff Berry Inc. (CBI) national recognition from the USCG as a preeminent environmental services company.  CBI has tripled in size under his leadership, expanding its service capabilities into wastewater treatment, industrial maintenance and used oil collection & processing.  Concurrent with his duties as President of CBI, Mr. Berry has been an active member of the professional community.  He is a member of the South Florida Local Area Planning Committee, and a board member of both the Seafarer’s House as well as the Port Everglades Assn.   Mr. Berry has served two concurrent terms as President of the Propeller Club of Port Everglades.
