Cliff
Berry has experienced exceptional growth in the environmental
industry by providing cost effective environmental services to clients
in the Southeastern United States. As a result, our service
area has been extended beyond south Florida to encompass the entire United States as well as the Caribbean
basin. CBI has capitalized on its geographic location as
the gateway to the Caribbean, offering customers in these areas
rapid response to an environmental situation. CBI
will continue to penetrate the marketplace in the United States
by responding to the environmental, maintenance and emergency response
needs of our customer base. As the government continues to determine
the need for stricter environmental regulation, CBI will
develop programs to meet those needs of current and future customers..
With facilities strategically located throughout Florida, CBI can
rapidly respond to customer needs in the areas of
Industrial
Maintenance,
Environmental Services or
Remediation projects. In addition, Cliff Berry Inc.'s state of the art water
treatment facility located on the Miami River in Miami, Florida
has
1.3 million gallons of storage capacity and the capability
to treat several types of industrial waste products.
Treatment services include
oily
wastewater and
petroleum contact water (PCW), as well
as
waste oil,
oil filters and
oily sorbents/rags.
Railroad access enables CBI to efficiently perform bulk inter-modal
transfers for trucks, rail cars and ISO containers. The facility
is fully permitted by The State of Florida and Dade County Environmental
Authorities.
At present, CBI provides waste treatment to a variety of customers
including oil companies, utility companies, government
agencies and major cruise lines. As the Ports of Miami,
Port Everglades, Tampa and Cape Canaveral continue to expand the
number of cruise ships sailing from the area, CBI will continue
to meet its customer’s needs for water treatment services,
oily water disposal and hazardous/non-hazardous solid waste management.
