Cliff Berry II
President .

Mr. Berry has more than 20 years experience as a project manager for responses to pollution incidents on land and sea. He personally coordinated the successful environmental responses to the M/V Firat grounding off Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Florida and the Fine-Air crash at the Miami Airport.

Larry A. Doyle, Ph. D, C.E.T, C.H.M.M.
Executive Vice President .

Dr. Doyle, a Certified Environmental Trainer and Certified Hazardous Material Manager, has more than 30 years experience as a supervisory responder for on-scene emergency response involving hazardous substances, oil and other contaminates. He served in the USCG as a pre-designated Federal On-Scene Commander (FOSC) for chemical and oil pollution response for both EPA Region II and Region IV.



Don Church
Director, Petroleum Services.


Mr. Church is responsible for activities relating to the testing, transportation and disposal or recycling of Petroleum Products to include Used Oil, Antifreeze, Waste Oily Water, Spent Filters, and AST/UST Tank and Sump Pumpouts and Filtration. For the past ten years, Mr. Church has supervised the functions of field technicians, drivers, dispatchers and chemists. With over twenty years of management experience, Mr. Church developed systems to enable this sector of CBI's business to triple in size. Within three years of assuming the responsibilities as the Director of CBI's Petroleum Services Division, Mr. Church developed his division in to the largest collector of used oil in Florida. Mr. Church has received training in the areas of 40-Hour HazWoper, 8-Hour Incident Commander, 8-Hour Hazardous Waste Supervisor, DOT HM 181 and 8 hour refresher courses.

Mark Hoover
Director, Environmental Services.


Mr. Hoover is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) with 12 years of hazardous waste management involving treatment, storage and disposal. He has serviced as Hazardous waste Coordinator on numerous emergency response actions as to sites within EPA Region IV and has extensive experience with Health & Safety Training program, Quality Assurance and OSHA compliance audits.



Robert Summers
Senior Geologist .


Mr. Summers has over 18 years of management experience in environmental consulting in the state of Florida. Mr. Summers management experience ranges from Project and Program Management on through 10 years experience in resource and facility management. His responsibilities have found him supervising a technical staff up to 75 charges as well as growing a small engineering office in south Florida to include a new program providing exclusive environmental services to a major oil company's interests throughout the Caribbean.
