40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Training
Personnel, who are involved in cleanups at waste sites,
including Superfund sites, RCRA corrective action sites, or even voluntary
cleanups involving hazardous substances, must have 40 hours of initial
classroom instruction.Satisfy your training requirements with this
comprehensive training course covering how to perform emergency response
activities including: hazard recognition, spill control and containment,
and waste site activities including site characterization, waste handling
and decontamination.This training course fulfills the 40 Hour HAZWOPER
OSHA training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) (3) (I) and (q) mandated
under the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, including
operations at sites covered by the Resource Conservation and Recovery
Act and at controlled hazardous waste sites.

8 Hour HAZWOPER Refresher Training
The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) rule regulates emergency response to hazardous substances.Section 1910.120 (q) of the rule requires employers whose employees are engaged in emergency response to develop and implement an emergency plan.This plan must include compliance with training requirements for each employee involved.All emergency response employees, with exception of skilled support personnel, are required to have annual refresher training sufficient duration and content to maintain their competencies.This 8-hour refresher course satisfies the annual training requirements.Current (un-expired) proof of prior certification must be submitted before course registration.|

This comprehensive training course is designed for supervisors responsible for employees working at hazardous waste sites.This training course meets the training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) (4).During this training course, the student will learn how to develop a company's health and safety program, personal protective equipment program, spill containment program, and health hazard monitoring procedures and techniques.Training will include a combination of classroom instruction, group interaction and hands-on demonstration.Current proof of certification from the 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response training course is required.|

Hazardous Materials Handling Certification for DOT 49 CFR Transportation Regulations
The Department of Transportation Docket HM-126F (49 CFR 172.700) makes
